Parking Fines

 

Why not treble all fines, so it would act as a real deterrent. But we should also allow one ticket to be redeemed each year against their Road Fund Licence. No Road Fund Licence, no refund!

This way those that acquire tickets like confetti, would get their just deserts, but the honest motorist would be forgiven the odd discretion, such as parking in an area, which he thought was OK, but later turned out not to be.
